P Bajoria
Mr P Bajoria is son of Mr Anandilall Bajoria. He has been associated with S K Bajoria Group right from its inception in early 80’s. He has been Director & Chief Executive of erstwhile Indo Flogates Ltd. He has more than 25 years of experience of Refractory Industry. Presently he is Director & Chief Executive of IFGL Refractories Limited apart from holding directorship in several other Public and Private Limited Companies.

G Banerjee
Dr G Banerjee is son of Late Parbati Sankar Banerjee. He has done M Tech in Ceramics Technology and has also obtained Ph. D degree in Ceramic Science from the University of Calcutta. He has been associated with Central Glass & Ceramic Research Institute for seventeen years and retired therefrom in the year 2000 as Scientist, Director Grade and Head Refractories Division. He has guided 8 Ph. D students and has 35 Indian Patents and 6 International patents in his name. He was the past President of Indian Institute of Ceramics and Chairman of Refractories Sectional Committee of Bureau of Indian Standards. He has been recipient of NRDC Innovation award, MRSI Medal, Refractory Technologist award, Deokaran award etc. Presently he is the Chairman of Technical Committee of India International Refractories Congress (IREFCON 2010), the Member of Ph. D Committee of University of Calcutta and the Member of Academic Committee of School of Bioscience & Engineering, Jadavpur University. He is associated with IFGL Refratories Ltd as Technical Advisor. He has more than 120 publications to his credit.

Dr Debabrata Basu
Dr Debabrata Basu (Dr D Basu), M Tech from IIT, Kanpur in 1984, is Scientist and Head of Bio Ceramics and Coating Division and Chairman, International Science and Technology Affairs Group of Central Glass & Ceramic Research Institute, Kolkata, a constituent laboratory of Council of Scientific & Industrial Research. He has developed fine grained alumina and zirconia based bio-inert, hydroxyapatite based bio-active and tricalcium phosphate based bio-resorbable ceramics, out of which different types of orthopaedic, ocular and dental implants have been developed. These materials after thorough in-vitro and in-vivo characterizations were tried successfully in animal and human subjects and finally the technologies for manufacturing of hip joint and ocular implant were developed and demonstrated.

Dr Basu has contributed to writing number of books/book chapters including an International Book entitled “Frontiers of chord blood science”, Springer-Verlag London Ltd April, 2009, on the subject of his research area and more than 80 national and international research publications are in his credit. He is the recipient of number of national prestigious awards including NRDC Award for the year 2005 for the invention - “Process for the production of porous ocular implants from synthetic calcium hydroxyapatite”. He has the membership/fellowship of different academies/societies/ professional bodies. In addition to this, Dr Basu is a member of the expert committee of (i) Deptt. of Scientific & Industrial Research, (ii) Dept. of Science & Technology and (iii) Dept of Biotechnology, Govt. of India for selection and assessment of different scientific projects.

DR. K.H. Sancheti
M.S. (Ortho). F.R.C.S.(Edinburgh) U.K. Ph. D (Ortho), F.I.C.S., F.A.C.S. (U.S.A)
Born on 24th July 1936 in a small traders family . Dr.Sancheti  had to work part-time to pay for his medical education .He successfully completed M.S.Ortho in 1965  and started practice immediately.

Early in his career, he contributed in the Polio camp drive by organizing Free Diagnostic and surgical camps. Till date he has organized number of  camps, examined thousands of children, performed over thousands of  surgeries and distributed  thousands of calipers. These services were  free of cost. For this work the Government of India awarded him Padmashree  in 1991. more..

Dr. A.K.Grover
Dr. A.K.Grover, Chairman , department of Ophthalmology, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital and  Medical Director, Vision Eye Centre, New Delhi, has been conferred the, prestigious the national award of Padma Shri by the President of India. Dr. Grover is the President Elect (2011) of the All India Ophthalmological Society (AIOS). He is Vice President of Asia Pacific Society of Oculoplastic and Reconstructive Surgery, General Secretary of the Ocular Trauma Society of India and Specialty editor of the Indian Journal of Ophthalmology.
